SYMPTOMS

English text may appear in the Help and Support Center tool in the Japanese version of Windows XP Professional and in Windows XP Professional with the Japanese version of the Multilingual User Interface Pack.

CAUSE

RESOLUTION

To download the documentation update, visit the Microsoft Windows Update Web site and install the "Q330901: Recommended Update" package:

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

After you download this update, restart your computer to complete the installation.

You can also download this update from the Microsoft Windows Update Catalog Web site for installation later, for installation on another computer, or to deploy the update on multiple computers in a corporate environment. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site and download the "Q330901: Recommended Update" package for Windows XP Professional:

For corporate deployment, you can use the following command-line switches to install the update:
  • /Q - Quiet mode
