This article was previously published under Q330368 SYMPTOMS When you try to attach a Bluetooth transceiver to your
computer by using a bus-powered hub, such as the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro
Universal serial bus (USB) hub, you may receive an error message that is
similar to the following: Code 10: The USB hub power has
been exceeded. CAUSE This issue may occur if your Bluetooth transceiver is not
plugged into a powered hub. The Bluetooth transceiver must be plugged into a
powered hub.RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, plug the transceiver into a
self-powered hub or a USB root hub.
