XCCC: Conference Participant Is Disconnected and Receives an Error Message (330357)

SYMPTOMS

One or more participants in an online conference may be disconnected from the conference, and then receive the following message: Click here to reconnect.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when both of the following conditions exist:
  • The participant that experiences the symptoms is connected through a slower connection than other participants in the conference.
  • A large volume of data is transferred in the conference through program sharing or file transfers.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
