SYMPTOMS

When you click the Leave the Meeting hyperlink in your browser window to leave an Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server online meeting, you may not disconnect from NetMeeting. After this symptom occurs, the conference page no longer appears in your browser window.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are using either NetMeeting 2.1 or NetMeeting 2.11.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, install the latest version of NetMeeting. To download the latest version of NetMeeting, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
