XCCC: Scheduled Meeting Appears Two Times in List.asp (330329)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server SP1
This article was previously published under Q330329 SYMPTOMS When you schedule a meeting by using Microsoft Web
Scheduler or Microsoft Outlook, two listings for the same meeting may appear in
the Exchange 2000 Conferencing Manager Web interface (List.asp). CAUSE This problem may occur if you have multiple conferencing
sites installed and there are network problems that affect the Conference
Management service (CMS). This problem occurs when connectivity problems
between the active CMS and the backup CMS cause an automatic failover. As a
result, both the active and the backup CMS register the meeting. NOTE: The CMS auto failover functionality is included with Exchange
Service Pack 1 (SP1).
