BUG: MDI Child Form Briefly Displays a Border when the Property is FormBorderStyle.None (329955)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft .NET Framework SDK 1.0
- Microsoft Windows .NET Framework 1.1
This article was previously published under Q329955 SYMPTOMS A Form with its FormBorderStyle property set to FormBorderStyle.None correctly displays a form with neither the border nor the title
bar.
However, the behavior of the FormBorderStyle property in an MDI child form is a little different: when set to None, a border and title appear briefly, and then the form is
correctly displayed with neither a border nor a title bar. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft
products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
