The minimum system requirements for Microsoft Links 2003 are:

• One of the following Microsoft operating systems:
  • Microsoft Windows 98
  • Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me)
  • Microsoft Windows 2000
  • Microsoft Windows XP
• 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM for Windows XP or Windows 2000 (64 MB RAM for Windows 98 and Windows Millennium Edition (Me)).
• Approximately 250 MB of available hard-disk space.
• Microsoft DirectX 8.0-compatible 3-D video accelerator with 16 MB of RAM. 32 MB video adapter.
• DirectX 8.0-compatible sound card with speakers or headphones.
• Multimedia computer with Pentium 400 megahertz (MHz) or faster processor.
• 4X CD-ROM drive.

The minimum system requirements for Links 2003 Championship Courses Pack include all the system requirements for Links 2003 and the following list:

• Installation of Links 2003 to your computer is required before you can install Links 2003 Championship Courses Pack.
• Approximately 390 MB of available hard-disk space.

The following hardware elements are optional, but are useful if you want to participate in multiplayer games and tournaments on the Internet or a network:

• A 56-kilobits-per-second (kbps) modem for multiplayer games with one to four players.
• Broadband or local area network (LAN) for multiplayer games with five or more players.
