SYMPTOMS
If you receive an e-mail request by means of Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol (SMTP) with a blank From address ("From:<>") and you
have a rule that is configured to send an automatic response on the public
folder, the rule may be disabled on the public folder.
When a message
comes to the public folder with a blank From address, an Event 1041 error
message is logged in the Application event log:

Hotfix Information
