If the Microsoft Firewall Client is not functioning and has been partially installed or partially removed, you may have to remove the Microsoft Firewall Client manually.
Manually remove the Firewall Client only after you have tried all the following methods:
- Try the Repair option.
- Try the Repair option in Add/Remove Programs.
- Try to reinstall the Firewall Client over itself.
