XCLN: OWA Stops Responding After You Forward a Meeting Request (329628)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to forward a meeting request, Outlook Web Access (OWA) may stop responding. The OWA server may report that an access violation occurred in the Inetinfo process. Additionally, if the correct symbols are installed on the computer, the Dr. Watson log (Drwtsn32.log) or the corresponding User.dmp file may contain a call stack similar to the following data:

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
