SUMMARY

In the Exchange 2000 Server version of Outlook Web Access (OWA), you can create a meeting request and then save it to a public folder (the folder must be created as a Calendar folder). However, you cannot use OWA to invite potential attendees to the meeting under these circumstances.

MORE INFORMATION

The Exchange 2000 version of OWA does not support this functionality. The Invite Attendees option is visible but not available (appears dimmed).

NOTE: In Microsoft Outlook, the Invite Attendees option is available under these circumstances.
