FIX: Posting Acceptor ActiveX Upload Control Does Not Load if Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 Is Installed (329326)

Acceptor ActiveX upload control (Flupl.ocx/Flupl.cab) does not load, or an
empty box appears instead of the upload icon.

Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.

WORKAROUND Use the Browse button instead of the ActiveX control. STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION To install this hotfix, copy over the two existing CAB
files. For clients to use the new ActiveX control, you must change the existing
GUID (886E7BF0-C867-11CF-B1AE-00AA00A3F2C3) to the new GUID
(11D856F0-5660-4371-B131-C71A44F4E73E) throughout the appropriate site code.
