XADM: Cannot Run a Query for the Folder Path Name Attribute (329196)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to query for the folderpathname attribute of folders that were created in Exchange 2000 Server and folders that were migrated from Exchange Server 5.5, you may not be able to find this attribute in Active Directory. This symptom occurs after you migrate from Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange 2000 Server.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the folderpathname attribute is not a property of Active Directory. The folderpathname attribute is a MAPI property of each folder.
