Session Summary
This session will discuss the role Message Cateorizer
(CAT) plays in message processing within Exchange 2000 Transports, and the
functionality of CAT, including inner workings of CAT. We will discuss in
detail symptoms related to CAT issues, and how to troubleshoot CAT problems.
The webcast will also discuss how to actually troubleshoot Non Delivery Reports
(NDRs) due to categorizer problems. We will also provide some references and
documentation on this topic.

Mohammad Nadeem. Mohammad Nadeem is member of the Texas Messaging Team and his
expertise lies in the area of Exchange Transports. Before his current role, he
has served as a Technical Lead for Exchange Transports Teams. He has
experienced with and have supported all version of Exchange ( i.e 4.0, 5.0,
5.5, and 2000 ). Overall he has 4 years of Exchange experience & eight
years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He has been
associated with Exchange 2000 Server product since early Beta stages. He also
extensively develops and delivers training to internal Microsoft Support
Professionals on Exchange 2000. He is also the authour of comprehensive
whitepaper on Exchange 2000 Message Categorizer.
