You Receive a Warning When You Try to Run the Internet Connection Wizard in SBS 2000 (327992)

When you start Microsoft Internet Explorer the first time on Small Business Server (SBS) 2000 with Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) applied,
you may receive the following prompt if you have not yet run the Internet Connection Wizard:
If you are going to connect your server to the Internet, run the Small Business Server Internet Connection Wizard.
If you click the Click here to run the Small Business Server Internet Connection Wizard link, click Run this program from its current location, and then click OK, you receive the following warning message:
Do you want to install and run "Icw.exe from C:\Program Files\Microsoft BackOffice\Connectivity\ICW"?
The publisher cannot be determined due to the problems below:
Authenticode signature not found.
CAUSE
Although the Icw.exe file is a valid SBS file, it is not explicitly signed by Microsoft.
WORKAROUND
When you receive the warning message, click Yes. This permits the Internet Connection Wizard to run.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
