SYMPTOMS

When you right-click a Web page (for example, an XML, ASP, or HTML file) and then click Properties, "Not Available" may be shown for some or all the fields in the properties. For example, "Not Available" may be shown for the Type, Size, or Created field.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the Web server uses HTTP compression.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
