SUMMARY
Per ITU-T Operational Bulletin 751, the Czech Republic (country code +420) announced that effective September 22, 2002, the Czech Republic will change to a flat nationwide numbering plan without city codes. The "0" long-distance prefix will no longer be used.
This article describes how to configure Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP to reflect this change. This change has already been made in Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1)
