BUG: You Cannot See All of the Available Categories In Contacts (327333)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to view all of the available categories for Contacts or for Calendar entries in the for Pocket PC 2002, you may not see the total number of available categories.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, delete the contact from both the Pocket PC 2002 and from Microsoft Outlook, and then recreate the contact with all of the categories that you want associated to that contact.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
