SYMPTOMS

If a device that includes a USB driver repeats several cycles of power suspend/resume, the device may stop responding.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

This bug was corrected in Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.1.
