SYMPTOMS

When you try to modify an entry in your Outlook Personal Address Book (PAB) that uses an Internet e-mail address, you may receive the following error message:
One or more changes you made could not be saved. The action could not be completed.
As a result, you cannot modify the PAB entry.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if your mailbox was moved from one Exchange 5.5 Server site to a different Exchange 5.5 Server site. In this situation, Outlook uses information that was cached from the previous Exchange site to which the mailbox belonged when it refers to the address template for the PAB entry.
