FIX: Schedules That Have a WHILE Loop May Fail During a Controlled Shutdown (327036)

SYMPTOMS

When you do a Controlled Shutdown from the XLANG Scheduler COM+ application, some schedules that have a WHILE loop may not dehydrate. In some instances, the XLANG Scheduler application may stop responding (hang).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 Service Pack 1.
