error signatures:

where
- x.x.x.x is a version number that
is later than 10.0.2627.1.
- version is either 6.0.0.14 or
6.0.0.17.
Additionally, other offsets are possible. SYMPTOMS When you use Microsoft Outlook 2002, you may receive the
following error message: Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
