recognize the command that you want to apply. RESOLUTION

WORKAROUND To work around this issue, turn off all dictation-mode
commands. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the Language bar, click Tools.
If the Tools command does not appear on the Language bar, follow these steps:
- Click the Options arrow at the rightmost area of the Language bar.
- Click to select Speech Tools.
The Tools command appears on the Language bar. - On the Language bar, click Tools.
- Click Disable Dictation Commands.
STATUS Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem with the
Windows XP operating system.
