this problem again in the future. ERROR SIGNATURE This article describes a problem in which Microsoft Outlook
unexpectedly quits (crashes) with the following error signature:

Outlook.exe <appversion> Pgpexch.dll <version> 00005b20
where appversion is a number greater
than or equal to 8.5.5104.0, and where version is a
number greater than or equal to 5.1.2600.0. Additionally, other offsets are
possible. SYMPTOMS When you use one of the Outlook products listed at the
beginning of this article, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

installed on your computer.
