CSNW Experiences Delays in Opening Files on the Network (326903)

SYMPTOMS
When Client Services for NetWare (CSNW) opens Microsoft Office files, delays may occur. The problem typically occurs when you are opening files on NetWare-based servers.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because CSNW continually resolves printer names, server
names, and object properties. This causes poor performance. The problem
becomes more pronounced as more clients perform the queries.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
