Pages 584 - 625: Page Number References to Exercises Incorrect

In Appendix A, beginning on page 584 under the Section Heading "Chapter 9: TCP/IP Routing", and running to page 625, the page number references given in the left column for each Exercise and Lesson Review is 60 pages too high.

For example, the first reference to Page 296 should be to Page 236; the next reference to Page 297 should be to Page 237. Each of the references in this range of pages should be decremented by 60.

Page 666: SPA Should Be STA

In three locations on the page 666 glossary, the acronym for the spanning tree algorithm is incorrect:
