CAUSEThis problem occurs if your Windows 2000 SP3-based computer has version 1.0 of the driver for the Schlumberger Reflex USB card reader installed.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install version 2.1 or a later version of the driver for the Schlumberger Reflex USB card reader.
