XADM: Cannot Delete or Move Messages in Messaging Client (326396)

This article was previously published under Q326396 SYMPTOMS When you try to delete a message from the Inbox, or move
messages between folders in your messaging client program, you may receive the
following error message: The item could not be deleted.
It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied.
CAUSE This behavior may occur in the following situation:
- A Web-store event sink is registered or enabled either
locally for the mailbox, or globally for the mailbox store.
-and- - The mailbox has exceeded its storage quota
limit.
RESOLUTIONCumulative Patch InformationTo resolve this problem, obtain the March 2003 Exchange 2000
Server Post-Service Pack 3 (SP3) Rollup.
