Taskbar Can Only Appear on One of Your Multiple Monitors in Windows XP (326351)

SYMPTOMS

When you are using multiple monitors and try to position the taskbar to be viewable on more than one monitor at the same time, you are unable to do so. Instead, you are able to position the taskbar on only one monitor or another at a time.

CAUSE

The taskbar can only be positioned on a single monitor.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
