OL2002: Journal Entry for a Contact Includes the Contact's Title (326347)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2002

This article was previously published under Q326347

SYMPTOMS

When you create a new journal entry for a contact and the contact's full name includes a title, the contact link includes the title.

This is inconsistent with how contact links are created in other types of items. For example, if you click New Meeting Request to Contact, New Appointment with Contact or New Task for Contact, the contact link does not contain the contact's title.
