SYMPTOMS

You cannot import information from QuickBooks into Microsoft Money.

CAUSE

QuickBooks and Microsoft Money store information in different formats.

WORKAROUND

Microsoft Money supports the import of information in the .qif format. To work around this issue, export the information from QuickBooks into the .qif format, and then import the .qif file into Money.
