OL2002: The Cross-Domain Secure Password Authentication (SPA) Log On Does Not Work for POP3/SMTP Account (325737)

If you use a cross-domain log on in a Post Office Protocol version 3 (POP3)
account with Secure Password Authentication (SPA) and the log on does not work, you are never presented with a dialog that prompts you for credentials to permit you to change your domain.
You may also receive the following error message.
Task 'server_name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC18) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login with Secure Password Authentication. Verify your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.'
