Bullets change when pasting text from PowerPoint 2002 into Word 2000

This update corrects a problem in which bullets change shape. When you copy a shape with a custom character as a bullet from PowerPoint 2002, and then paste the shape into a Word document, the bullet may change to a question mark. Additionally, when you copy and paste a text box to Word 2000, the text box may appear distorted.

Runtime error calling the Close method of ActivePresentation in PowerPoint events

Calling Presentation.Close in the events in the following list causes the following error message:

Run-time error '-2147188160 (80048240)': Application (unknown member): Invalid request. "The operation cannot be performed in this handler"

This update corrects a problem in which PowerPoint quits unexpectedly when you view slides. In Slide Sorter view, if you click a link to view a different slide, PowerPoint 2002 may quit unexpectedly.

Encrypted File System Data lost when saving file

This update corrects a problem in which Encrypted File System (EFS) data is lost when you save changes made by a different user.
