PSVR2002: Cannot Delete Nonworking Time Entries (325713)

SYMPTOMS

If you are logged on as a Microsoft Project Server administrator, you notice that the Clean up Microsoft Project Server database page in Microsoft Project Web Access does not include a method to delete nonworking time entries.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Connect to Microsoft Project Web Access, and then log on as an administrator.
  2. Click Admin, and then click Customize Microsoft Project Web Access in the left pane.
  3. In the left pane, click Nonproject time categories under Customization options.
  4. Click the category of nonworking time that you want to delete, and then click Delete Row.
  5. Click Save Changes, and then click Yes.

    All entries of that category are deleted.
NOTE: You can now re-create the category if you want to.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
