Printed status report does not include added sections in Project Server 2002 and Office Project Server 2003 (325712)

SYMPTOMS

If you print an unrequested status report before you submit or send the report, any text that you type into added sections is not printed.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the control responsible for the text input in Microsoft Internet Explorer renders the correct HTML for printing after the report is submitted. Before the report is submitted, the text in added sections is not available for printing.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Send or submit the status report.
  2. In the left pane, click Status Reports Archive.
  3. Click the status report, and then on the File menu, click Print.
