This article was previously published under Q325673 SYMPTOMS
If a domain user logs on to a MAPI session in Outlook 2002, a second domain user cannot log on to a second session on the same computer.
When the second domain user tries to log on to a second MAPI session, a credentials dialog box appears. Even if the second user enters the correct credentials for the mailbox, a dialog box appears that states that the information was incorrect, and prompts the second user for their credentials again.
