When you dial a phone number manually, through Speed Dial, or through the Contacts list, and you use the following format, the phone call is unsuccessful:
country code + 0 + area code + local number
CAUSE
The format country code + 0 + area code + local number, although frequently used in advertisements, contact lists, and business cards, is not the correct format.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this problem, edit your Contacts list to remove the 0 (zero) from the phone number:
country code + area code + local number
