Session Summary

This presentation is a basic overview of the installation process for Windows 2000. We will discuss the process in general and make note of changes made between the installation of Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0. The objective of this presentation is to inform the customer of what installation options are available, what they would encounter during an installation and what new features are available to assist the customer.

This is a Level 200 session that was presented by David Morgan. David Morgan is a support professional for Microsoft Product Support Services, Eastern Division. David has been with Microsoft's for twenty months and is a member of the Premier Setup Support team in North Carolina. Prior to working for Microsoft David has worked in the industry fields of consulting, programming, web-mastering and has deployed and supported Windows NT products for companies such as EDS and Xerox.
