Session Summary



In this session, we will discuss common issues you may encounter while attempting to restart or shut down Windows® Millennium Edition (Me). This session will introduce several troubleshooting methods to resolve shutdown issues and discuss common causes of shutdown issues.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded August 7, 2001 and presented by K. Jonas Svensson. Jonas joined Microsoft as a support professional in June 2000. Originally brought on board to work on Windows 9x and Windows Me escalations, for the past six months he has been involved in the creation of training for Windows 9x and Windows Me.
