In this session, we will discuss the implementation of Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server as part of the Small Business Server 2000 environment. During this session, we will talk about the features of Exchange 2000, including architectural details and changes to the Exchange services. We will compare Exchange 2000 to Exchange 5.5, and review the best practices for installation, configuration, and maintenance.

David has been an MCSE since 1998 and recently completed the certification process for the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). He currently works for Microsoft Small Business Server Support.
