Microsoft Office applications since Office 95 and has focused on Visio for more
than one year. Matt currently works for Product Support Services (PSS) and
worked with the Visio Product group during the Visio 2002 beta. He has also
developed training for Microsoft Support Professionals and is a Microsoft
