Automatic e-mail address completion is not available in Outlook 2000 (325340)

This article was previously published under Q325340 SYMPTOMS When you type a few letters of an e-mail address in one of
the address fields of a message, Microsoft Outlook Express automatically
completes the e-mail address with an entry from your Address Book. The same
action does not automatically complete the address in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
CAUSE Outlook 2000 does not contain this feature. WORKAROUND To match e-mail addresses that you type with your Address
Book entries in Outlook 2000, use the Check Name feature. MORE INFORMATIONFor more
