This Support WebCast provides an overview of new or enhanced supportability tools and features in Microsoft Windows 2000.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded May 16, 2000 and presented by Robert A. Eggleston. Robert is currently a Support Professional with Microsoft and has been supporting operating systems for the past 6 years. Prior to joining Microsoft, he designed and deployed software for a major fashion retailer. Robert started working with computers 21 years ago as a military cryptanalyst. He currently supports setup technologies with Windows NT and Windows 2000 in Premier Support. Robert has an extensive background in both networking and security technologies.
