Session Summary



In this session, we will address best practices and concepts regarding DNS in and for Active Directory. This session will cover potential configuration and design issues, how to check to see that Active Directory is correctly registering records in the DNS database, and some of the ways that an incorrectly configured DNS can affect your Active Directory.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded September 12, 2000 and presented by Mark Simos. Mark joined Microsoft in March 2000. He has been working in the IT industry for the past five years and currently works for Product Support Services (PSS) as a support professional focused on Directory Services technology.
