In this session, we will discuss common issues you may encounter when sending and receiving Internet e-mail in Microsoft Outlook. We will also elaborate on troubleshooting steps you can use to resolve these types of issues.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded October 3, 2000 and presented by Chet Cannon. Chet Cannon joined Microsoft as a support professional in October 1998. He has supported Microsoft Outlook since the release of Outlook 98, and has focused on the product for more than three years.
