In this session, we will discussing common troubleshooting techniques and support issues regarding the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Instant Messaging and Conference components.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded October 27, 2000 and presented by Ryan Phillips. Ryan Phillips is currently on loan from the PSS division of Microsoft, dealing exclusively with the Exchange 2000 Real-Time Collaboration Beta program since May of 1999.
