Session Summary



During this WebCast, we will discuss how to work with Microsoft Outlook 2000 data. This session will cover the basics of manipulating the data that is stored in Personal Folders. More specifically, we will explain how to move, copy, back up, archive, and password protect the data residing in Personal Folders. We will also talk about how to import and export data in Outlook, as well as how to share data with other Microsoft applications.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded December 19, 2000 and presented by Colin Page. Colin Page joined Microsoft as a product support professional in June 1999. For the previous four years he worked as a Network Administrator gaining important experience in a broad spectrum of technology. Colin currently works for Product Support Services (PSS) as a mentor for other Outlook support professionals and continuing to support all aspects of Outlook and other messaging applications.
