SYMPTOMS

When you try to reply to or to forward an e-mail message that is marked as read in your Inbox in Microsoft Outlook 2002, the e-mail message is marked as unread in your Inbox after you reply to or you forward the e-mail message.

RESOLUTION

This problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.
