This session will provide the user with basic troubleshooting tools and techniques for the Windows Millennium operating system.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded March 1, 2001 and presented by Marie Robinette. Marie Robinette is an MCSE and Partner Technical Lead in the Microsoft Platforms Support Desktop Unit. She has been a Technical Lead in the Desktop division for over three years. She works closely with Support Professionals to prepare them in providing technical support for the Windows Millennium product.
