Session Summary
This session will cover some of the utilities that
Microsoft is releasing to the Web. These utilities will allow Administrators
and Consultants to better deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Outlook 2000 in a
business environment.
This is a

200 session that was recorded September 14, 1999 and presented by
Jon Icenhower and Ronna Pinkerton.
Jon Icenhower is a Technical Lead
for Microsoft Messaging Support with the Premier Support group. He has been
with Microsoft for over four years supporting various messaging programs.
During this time he has supported Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft
Outlook, and most recently worked on the Outlook 2000 Beta. Before coming to
Microsoft he worked as a Network/Messaging Administrator for various companies
after graduating from Texas A&M University in 1993.
Ronna
Pinkerton is an Outlook Support Professional for Microsoft Product Support
Services. She has been with Microsoft for a little over five years and has
worked with Microsoft Outlook since October 1995. She has been through the
launches of all versions of Outlook. Prior to Outlook, she worked with both
Windows support and Word support groups.
